Come join us at the Band Scramble on Saturday morning,
July 9, at 9am. This is a great chance for musicians to make new friends, play music with others, and get to perform on stage. This is also a chance to come and watch musicians who have never played together (and who have had less than an hour to rehearse) wow you with some amazing music.
Each year the bands include some of the stalwarts of the NW bluegrass community as well as many players who are fairly new to bluegrass and to their instruments. If you play a bluegrass instrument, if you can play 3-4 chords (or some basic melodies) and keep time, you are invited to join in! Musicians should be at the stage in east end of the livestock barn at 9:00AM to sign up. After a few minutes to make up bands, the bands can select 2 songs to perform.
